Class Policies

 

  • If a client does not show up for class without prior notification, it will still count as a class.  A new assignment will be emailed to the client.

  • If a client needs to reschedule or cancel a session they must give us at least 24 hours notice or they may be counted as not showing up.

  • If a session needs to be canceled every effort should be made to make up that class before the next class.

  • All sessions of a 12 session class must be completed within 16 weeks of the start of class.  All sessions of an 18 session class must be completed within 24 weeks. All sessions of a 24 session class must be completed within 30 weeks.

  • At the end of the class the client will have the option to purchase the web camera.  If they choose not to purchase it, they must return it to us within 3 weeks or they will be charged for it.
