Return Policy

We offer a FULL MONEY BACK GUARANTEE on our products. If you don't love Accent Master, simply contact us within 30 days.  We will send you instructions to deactivate the software.  You must deactivate the software in order to receive the refund. 

 

If you purchased a physical CD, return the CD to us within 30 days for a full refund less shipping and handling charges.  The pocket guide and mirror are yours to keep.  Please e-mail our Returns Department at info@AccentMaster.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping your CD.  If you already activated the software you must deactivate the software in order to receive the refund.

 

 

Privacy Policy

At AccentMaster.com we respect your right to privacy.  We will never sell, rent, or share your personal information to another party for any reason.  Your privacy is guaranteed.

 

 

Email Policy

All newsletter services are Opt-in and Opt-out.  Some anti-spam content filters, especially at more sensitive settings, can prevent our emails being delivered to your mailbox. Such filters may be on your PC and/or server at your organization or ISP.

We suggest that you whitelist (within your anti-spam software) the email address newsletter@AccentMaster.com so mail originating from that address is always delivered without it's content being checked.

 

 

Shipping Policy

We usually ship orders within 48 hours.  We use Priority Mail from the US Postal Service as our standard shipping.  Domestic delivery is generally 2 to 3 days, international order take longer depending on the coutry.  Please contact us if you need an alternate shipping method. 

 

 

Payment Policy

We accept payment by credit card, check, or money order.  Currently, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. You can also use your bank check-card, as long as it has a Visa or MasterCard symbol.
